Starts & Turns Technique
What You’ll Learn:
- Explosive racing starts and streamlined underwater work
- Efficient flip turns and open turns for all strokes
- Race strategy and breakout speed
- Hands-on instruction from NCAA and Olympic-level coaches
- Insights into Division I racing techniques and training methods
Participant Requirements:
Must be able to swim 25 yards freestyle and backstroke without stopping
