Butterfly Stroke Technique Clinic with D1 Athlete Madison Dampier

Master one of the most challenging strokes in swimming at this Butterfly Technique Clinic, led by Madison Dampier, a Division I collegiate swimmer and Gainesville, GA native.

Swimmers will work on the fundamentals of butterfly, including body position, timing, rhythm, breathing, and efficiency, with drills and tips directly from a D1 athlete who knows what it takes to compete at the highest level.
