Train with Amelia Albers, member of the 2025 NCAA Champion Northwestern University Field Hockey team, at this one-day winter skills camp designed for players of all levels. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to sharpen your game, Amelia brings a championship mindset, high energy, and a coaching style that makes learning competitive and fun.

Grades 3–6, 5:00–6:00 PM (This Section)
A fast-paced, skill-building session focused on the fundamentals and confidence-building play.
High School Girls, 6:00–8:00 PM (Click Here)
A more advanced and disciplined training block designed to elevate overall skill, speed, and game IQ.
What to Bring:
Shin guards
Mouthguard
Cleats/tennis/turf shoes
Water bottle
Athletic wear
Field hockey stick (loaners available)
What to Expect
Players can expect a fun and competitive atmosphere with coaching designed to meet athletes where they are—beginner to advanced. Each session includes hands-on skill development, teamwork-based drills, and competitive gameplay.
Grades 3–6 will wrap up with at least 20 minutes of scrimmaging.
High School players will finish with a minimum 30-minute scrimmage focused on applying skills under pressure.
About Coach Amelia Albers
Amelia Albers is a redshirt junior on the Northwestern University field hockey team and a member of the ‘Cats 2024 and 2025 national championship squads. She was awarded the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award this season. A graduate of East Grand Rapids High School, Amelia was a three-year varsity letterwinner and set the program’s single-season scoring record with 26 goals as a senior. She also competed with Pinnacle Field Hockey for two years and played ice hockey for the Grand Rapids Griffins.
