Hi! I am a Saint Louis University track and field athlete who competes in the short sprint events(60m,100m,200m). I am also pursuing my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I believe in building an athletes speed through consistency and hard work while also managing how much the body can handle. You have to run fast to run fast!
