The ARC Pool was buzzing with energy Saturday morning as more than 100 swimmers, families, and fans packed the stands for an unforgettable Illini Swimming experience that blended live Big Ten competition with hands-on coaching from the entire Illinois Swimming Team. Following the Illini’s dual meet against Iowa and Nebraska, the Illinois program hosted a free youth swimming clinic designed to bring young swimmers closer to the sport by combining high-level competition with direct instruction from Division I athletes all in one action-packed morning.

Youth lacrosse players took the field at TOCA Soccer on January 10 for the Lacrosse Skills Clinic with Vanderbilt Lacrosse Players, a high-energy, athlete-led training experience presented in partnership with NoExcuse Lacrosse.
