Donavan Canterberry

I’m a Division I baseball player at Xavier University, where competing at the highest collegiate level has taught me discipline, leadership, and how to bring out the best in others. My years on the field have shown me the value of consistent work, teamwork, and mental toughness skills I carry into everything I do. Coaching and mentoring younger players is something I take seriously because I know how important the right guidance can be. I’ve learned that developing athletes isn’t just about drills or mechanics; it’s about building confidence, focus, and a love for the game.
