Sophia Duckworth

Hi! My name is Sophia Duckworth and I am a swimmer on the Catholic University swim team and I am from South Jersey! I have been swimming competitively since I was six years old, and I have been teaching lessons since I was 14. I am also Lifeguard certified. I love working with beginner swimmers and sharing my love for the sport with others. I hope to give others water skills so they can confidently have a blast at the pool!
