I’m Morgan Hood, a former Level 10 gymnast and base/tumbler for the University of Oregon Acrobatics & Tumbling team. I’ve been coaching for nearly 8 years, gymnastics, acro, and cheer. My focus is on tumbling, strength, and body shaping. I believe proper technique equips athletes with a strong foundation for elite skills. I’m passionate about empowering athletes, fostering progress, and instilling confidence.
