Dates & Times:

• Saturday, April 18th |
  10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Freestyle & Backstroke Technique

• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch break and Questions for Courtney & College Swimmers
  If you are doing both sessions, please bring your own lunch*

• 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Breaststroke & Butterfly
  

What You’ll Learn:

• - Stroke mechanics and body position

• - Competitive starts, turns, and strategy

• - Division I-level training experience

• - Instruction from Olympic-caliber coaches

Participant Requirements:

• Must be able to swim 25 yards freestyle and backstroke without stopping

• This is a commuter clinic. Participants must be dropped off and picked up each day.
