Elevate your game this winter with two technical pitching clinics led by Delaware State standouts Kristin White and Bria Sewell. Designed for athletes who want to sharpen mechanics, build consistency, and train with proven collegiate pitchers. Bria will be coaching participants in performance throwing and Kristin in performance pitching. The focus is to improve game performance.

Meet the Coaches

Kristin White – Delaware State University, Sophomore
A dominant arm in the MEAC, Kristin is coming off a standout sophomore season where she earned 2025 All-MEAC Second Team and Academic All-MEAC honors. She started 16 games in the circle, going 10–6 with a 3.07 ERA, leading the team in wins, ERA, strikeouts, and innings pitched.

• 115 strikeouts across 102.2 innings

• 7 complete games, including 4 shutouts

• Season-high 14 strikeouts in two separate games
  As a freshman, she tallied 34 strikeouts over 60.2 innings and was top-three on her team in wins, ERA, and strikeouts.
  In high school, Kristin was an All-American, Washington Post All-Met First Team, Baltimore Sun All-Metro First Team, and a 2023 Anne Arundel County Champion.

Bria Sewell – Delaware State University, Sophomore
Bria made an immediate impact as a freshman, starting 15 games and hitting .361, the second-highest average on the team. She tallied 16 runs, 13 hits, two doubles, two triples, nine RBIs, and 18 putouts.
In high school, Bria was a three-time First-Team All-County selection and earned All-Met honors her junior and senior years.
