With Nils Bognar, ACC Captain as well as other NCAA Division I Swimmers

Location: Washington Park Natatorium, 102 Ollie St NW, Atlanta, GA
Dates & Times:

• Saturday, June 20th |
  
  10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Freestyle & Backstroke Technique Breakdown
  12:00 PM - 12:30 PM Starts Breakdown and Analysis
  12:30 PM - 1:00 PM Break for Lunch.
  Swimmers will need to provide their own pack lunch if participating in both sessions*
  1:00pm – 2:45 PM: Breaststroke and Turns Specific Clinic
  2:45: Questions and Clinic End

What You’ll Learn:

Note* If you have attended our clinics before, we change our curriculum to allow for continuous learning and growth*

• - Stroke mechanics and body position

• - Competitive starts, turns, and strategy

• - Division I-level training experience

• - Personal feedback from Gold Medal Olympian and World Record Holder coaches

Participant and Age Requirements:

• Must be able to swim 25 yards freestyle and backstroke without stopping

• This is a commuter clinic. Participants must be dropped off and picked up each day.
  This is open for swimmers ages 7-18. We will split groups by age and skill level for this clinic and ensure all swimmers recieve appropriate feedback for their level from each coach.
