Horseshoe Camps - Track and Field Camp - HS - Base Package
About this event
Horseshoe Track & Field Camp Presented by Top Tier | In partnership with The Horseshoe Collective
Overview — Elite Camp
Top Tier and The Horseshoe Collective are bringing elite, event-specific track and field training to Boise State University — coached by BSU Track & Field athletes on their home track. Day 1 focuses on all-around speed, power, and technique development, covering sprint mechanics, plyometrics, agility, and jumping fundamentals that make every athlete faster and more explosive regardless of event. Day 2 is event-specific: athletes self-select their primary event and spend the afternoon training with BSU athlete-coaches who compete at that level. Whether your athlete is a sprinter, distance runner, jumper, thrower, or hurdler, they will leave with sharper technique, a clearer understanding of what collegiate training looks like, and direct access to athletes who are living it.

Format
Each 3-hour afternoon session is built around two days of progressive, purposeful training on the Boise State track. Day 1 develops the athletic foundation every track and field competitor needs — speed mechanics, power, plyometrics, and agility. Day 2 goes event-specific, with athletes training alongside BSU athlete-coaches who compete in their same event. Athletes will walk away with:
Day 1 speed and power development — sprint mechanics, plyometrics, agility circuits, and competitive timed runs
Day 2 event-specific training — dedicated coaching in sprints, distance, hurdles, jumps, throws, or pole vault
Collegiate-level technique feedback from BSU athletes who train and compete in their event
A Q&A covering D1 recruiting, what college coaches look for, and what the college track life is really like
Group and individual photos with Boise State Track & Field athletes
Two days, two different focuses — athletes leave with sharper technique, a stronger athletic base, and a real understanding of what it takes to compete at the next level.
