Hey Adults! Come join Nils Bognar and Courtney Hart for a full Starts & Turns breakdown. Complete beginners to experienced swimmers are welcome! It is our goal to help you learn the proper starts/turns techniques and to have you doing it better, faster, and easier than before!
You will learn:
- Block Starts
- Backstroke Starts
- Flip Turns & Open Turns
Who are your coaches?
- Courtney Hart is the former Georgia Tech Head Coach, two-time Olympic Gold Medalist, 26-time NCAA All-American, five-time NCAA Champion and 19-time SEC Champion while at Georgia.
- Nils Bognar is a former Georgia Tech Swimmer, Team Captain, and Glenwood Park Grown-Up Team Head Coach!
