Top Tier and the YWCA are proud to present a volleyball clinic led by Lauren Crowl, a redshirt senior middle blocker at the University of Minnesota and a four-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree. This three-hour clinic gives athletes the rare opportunity to train directly alongside a Big Ten competitor who has faced some of the best programs in the country, including No. 1 Texas and No. 9 Texas A&M. With just 25 spots available, every athlete gets real reps, real feedback, and real access. All experience levels are welcome — this clinic is built for players entering grades 5-10 who want to grow. Come ready to work and leave with a new level of confidence in your game.

Format

Every session is designed to balance technical development with the kind of access you can only get through Top Tier — hands-on training with Lauren throughout the full three hours. Athletes will walk away with:

• Skill work across all phases of the game — passing, setting, hitting, and defense

• Competitive reps in game-situation drills with real-time coaching

• Position-specific instruction and feedback from a Big Ten athlete

• A Q&A with Lauren covering recruiting, college life, and what it takes to compete at the next level

• Autographs and photos

With only 25 athletes on the floor, every player gets meaningful reps and direct attention — not just a seat in the gym.

Coach Bio

Lauren Crowl

Lauren Crowl is a redshirt senior middle blocker at the University of Minnesota, where she has competed in the Big Ten for five seasons. She has earned Academic All-Big Ten honors four times (2022–2025) and has been named a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar three consecutive years. On the court, Lauren has posted career highs of nine kills and four blocks in a single match and has competed against some of the nation's top programs throughout her collegiate career. Before Minnesota, she was a standout at Eastview High School, earning Under Armour Third Team All-American honors, Minnesota Class 3A First Team All-State, and Star Tribune All-Metro First Team recognition — with over 740 kills and 530 digs before her senior season alone. Lauren is passionate about helping young athletes develop their game and their mindset, both on and off the court.
