For this age group we tend to focus on exploration and discovery to help kids figure out what works for them and how they can have fun. They embark on a journey, and expand their knowledge.

As age and skill rapidly increase, we start to value fundamentals and repetition, which can be directly applied in practices and games. Values of teamwork, communication, and responsibility are introduced.

At this level, athletes are becoming very interested in playing college or high level club sports. Having strong fundamental skills are recommended, and athletes will work directly with coaches to bridge the gap towards the next level.
